Aims & Objectives:

1. To help and succor to the needy and the suffering irrespective of race, caste, creed, color, nationality, community, religion & sex.
2. To make available to victims of natural calamities such facilities of relief and rehabilitation as may be necessary and, where possible, to co-operate with Government and voluntary agencies who have similar aims and objectives.
3. To provide, organize, promote, maintain, manage and render charitable and benevolent services to the poor, the marginalized, the sick, the distressed, the old, the orphan, homeless, the disabled, the refugees and victims of war, civil disturbance, riot, famine, earthquake, flood, fire, pestilence, epidemic and other natural calamities irrespective of nationality, community, caste, creed, color, religion and sex.
4. To undertake, maintain and manage or subscribe to any development work such as construction of roads, bridges, educational institutions, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, relief and rehabilitation centers, sinking of tube wells, improvement of slums and underdeveloped rural areas, dwelling houses, handcrafts centers, cottage industries and to establish and maintain welfare and ancillary services as may conveniently be carried on by the Company.
5. To set up, establish, maintain and manage centers for the study of sociology, medicine, handicrafts, cottage industries and other subjects of interest for community development.
6. To establish, manage, maintain, subscribe to and arrange for training centers, camps, seminars, excursions, study groups and other ancillary services for the promotion of health education and training in social and community development.
7. To hold in trust any property, movable or immoveable which may be demised or given to or vested in the Company wholly or mainly for such charitable purposes or activities as do not conflict with the aims and objects and purposes of the Company and to execute or administer the trust in accordance with the wishes or discretion of the Company.
8. To promote, subscribe, to assist or co-operate with or carry on the activities of any other society, association, organization, whether incorporated or not, having objects similar tom the objects of the Company.
9. To provide residentials accommodation either free of cost or for consideration and to educate, train and to educate, train and assist financially or otherwise in the education and training of teachers, social workers, staff, students, orphans and other personnel for the purpose of the Company.
10. To do all such acts, deeds and things as are or may be deemed necessary, incidental or conducive to the attainment of all or any of the objects and purposes of the Company.
11. The income or surplus which accrues in the promotion of the object of the Company shall not be applied to the shareholders of the Company in the forms of dividends or distribution of income and profit.
12. To provide loans on a refundable basis to poor and marginalized for the income generation which will enable them to rise above the poverty line and become self-reliant.
13. To promote facilities for savings for the poor.
